"Ideally located between the Medina and the main train station, Concorde Sfax Center offers luxurious rooms, an incredible breakfast, and super friendly staff, though the closed pool was a disappointment. It is the perfect base for exploring Sfax with ease, combining high-end comfort and top-tier service, even if we couldn't enjoy a swim."

"The rooms were well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located close to the Medina and the railway station."

"The swimming pool was not useable as pigeons used it for a bath and toilet! We were unable to use any of our credit cards for payment despite the fact that they worked everywhere else in Tunisia."

"A very helpful, welcoming and nice staff at the reception, swimming pool and restaurant. Honestly, they are doing their best to satisfy their guests. The hotel is located in the heart of the city close to everything. It's represented as a reference."

"The facility must be renovated, looking old from the reception till the room. Even their staff are doing their best, but still not enough to be a 4 stars hotel. The swimming pool must be deeply cleaned. Hope that the management tries to renovate and innovate."

"Hotel outlook is great. Rooms are simple, clean and have a balcony. Facilities are basic, there is a swimming pool but nobody use it during winter season. Breakfast is included but selections are limited and toasting machine removed away on the second day stay."

"I first visited the Hotel Medina nearly 30 years ago when I called in for a coffee during a visit to Sousse. I was taken then with the delightful courtyard. I promised myself then that one day I would stay here. We stayed here for two nights and I was not disappointed. The courtyard was as delightful as I remembered it to be. We were given a very friendly welcome on arrival and shown to our room. We had a large airy room with a large en-suite and outside we had use of a shared terrace that was full of sunshine in the afternoon. As the name implies, the hotel is right on the edge of the Medina and the main Souks of Sousse making for a very convenient location. Our breakfast was delicious and plentiful and I can recommend the coffee! There is public car parking available for a small fee just a short walk away. There are plenty of original features in the public areas of the hotel making it a joy to walk around."

"The reception team were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with complimentary tea and coffee. The bathrooms were clean. In the evening, complimentary fruit and biscuits were provided, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast team were very friendly. The hotel is well located between Sidi Bou Said and Tunis city centre. Taxis are available outside the hotel and take 10DT. Tunisia Mall is about a 10 minute walk away, and there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Checkout was smooth. Overall, a good hotel."
