"Warm welcome and friendly staff. Free street parking outside the door if you are lucky, otherwise 100-200 meters away. Simple but adequate breakfast."

"A nice hotel. My room was above a courtyard with lots of pot plants and palms. It was clean, large enough and the bed was good with nice bedding. I had a good night's rest. The receptionist/cleaner/general factotum was great - he couldn't have been more friendly and helpful."

"A bit difficult to find - not the hotel's fault - Maura is a bit of a topographical maze! Also the breakfast wasn't as good as I thought it might be - you can't expect gourmet food for a cheap price - but a bit of fresh fruit and some decent rolls would be nice. Still, the urn coffe wasn't too bad and there was lots of milk...."

"Good location for walking around the town. Because the town goes back to the 13th century, Many of the streets are very narrow and one way system now. More like walkways. A couple of kilometres walking takes you everywhere. There's also an old Castle and a Museum. The Alquelva Dam is close by and should not be missed with fabulous scenery all around. It's 5 kilometres away."
