"Lovely stay right on the beach with the most amazing hosts! 100% recommend, we arrived and wanted to buy a wetsuit, Ricardo sorted us out with half price wetsuits from his friend in Lima. Service was above and beyond!"

"Sooo close to an amazing surf break! Very nicely maintained and layed out, staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the area, whether it be about the waves, food, sightseeing or anything, really. Rooms were very comfortable and clean."

"We absolutely loved our time here! We originally planned to stay for just three nights but ended up extending our visit to over two weeks. Mono (Ricardo) and Silvana were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and laid-back, perfect for unwinding. Each room has a hammock where you can relax while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean—just 20 meters from the front gate. If you’re a dog lover, you’ll adore their four friendly and lovable dogs who are always happy to keep you company. There’s also a small gym on-site, equipped with weights and other gear for a quick workout.🏋️‍♂️"

"Wayra is located in the perfect location over looking Punta Lobitos, with several other surf breaks within walking distance. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Ricardo the host will make sure you have everything you need and is happy to provide any advice needed on the town of Lobitos and it surrounds. I would recommend staying at Wayra to anyone heading to Lobitos! Epic joint. Mucho Gusto"

"Super friendly easy going host, nice hammock outside room, very close to beach, bedroom was nice and clean"

"Shared areas don't have any facilities other than a kettle and were not very clean. Price in dollars is not correct. He charges a flat rate in Soles, and it's not clear when booking that you don't pay market rate conversion from dollars. He does send a message with the soles price on, so keep an eye out to avoid an argument on arrival (we didn't receive the message in advance)"

"we stayed at wayra for 1 month and it truly felt like home for us. it has an amazing view of the surf, spacious and clean rooms, a big communal room with a ping pong table, hammocks outside every room for relaxing, super friendly owners and really cute dogs!!"

"We stayed here for one night, before catching a bus out of Lima. We actually regretted not having come to this place sooner or not having the time to stay longer. This apartment has a strong 'bachelor pad' vibe but has everything you need and more. The view is amazing and the neighborhood is actually quite nice. The bed was awesome, the tv's are topnotch and fully equipped. Kitchen is clean and functional. The shower was great. Really a recommended stay!"

"Very enjoyable time and a memorable experience in the Amazon. Our tour guide, Adriel was friendly and had good English. He provided good information on the animals and fauna in the area. We also felt very safe with him as a guide whilst in the jungle and on the river. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were provided with big portions and tasty food options. We caught and ate Piranhas that were cooked nicely by Adriel. The company gave us the option to tailor our amazon rainforest experience. As requested, we got to swim in the Amazon river, see pink and grey dolphins and we did jungle Treks both day and night. We also got the chance to stargaze on the river at night which was amazing! We saw a range of animals such as alligators, sloths, monkeys, snakes, spiders, frogs, piranas, scorpions and many species of birds."

"Lovely hotel off the main square. Very friendly, helpful staff. Bed very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. On days I had early morning starts, I could have a packed snack. Location good with many restaurants around the square and also a general daily police presence keeping a watchful eye on things. I felt perfectly safe even at night."
