"After I got moved to better room,everything was great."

First night had some very noisy drunk neighbours playing crappy music at 3am .. I think the staff need to be stricter on that..

Falta orientacion para los huespedes que recien llegan, a fin de saber proactivamente si requerimos de algo, calidad de servicio al cliente.

"The hotel is perfect! Best in Pucallpa. Spotlesly clean, large rooms, king bed.Beautiful bathroom. Seems very new. Large and very beautiful swimming pool. Very nice breakfast. Staff always very kind and ready to help. Highly recommended! This is an oasis in a busy city. Seems like a different world."

The only thing that I did not like was the loud music coming from the pool bar. But every time when I asked, it was kindly turned down. Also, I find 11am too late for pool to be accessible. Would have liked to swim before breakfast.

"Just here for a night but I liked everything. Location, bed, breakfast, bathroom all nice! Bonus points for early check in and letting me leave my things for a few nights :)"
