"The staff was so! friendly. Havent experience this amount of hospitality in a long time. I had a hard day with a tour and some work related stuff and was a bit down. When i came back to my room i found a plate with cookies, a limonade and a note with some nice words. I immediately felt happy again. They also brought me some pralines and alpaca souvenier to my room on the following day. So much additional attention to detail to make you feel at home. The price for what you get is definitely worth it!"

That said, I loved how where El Patio is located has so much more of a vibrant, lived-in, hip, urban neighborhood-y feel as opposed to the cold (but gorgeous) more corporate feel of the beach. They also add special touches to the rooms, cleaning services, breakfast (like a delightful olive tapenade), and more."
