Villa Welcome

"The spa facilities were lovely and contributed to making my stay deeply enjoyable. There was great variety of saunas and hammams and a hot thermal pool, ideal for the cold winter nights. The Villa Welcome bedroom was spacious and equipped with all the basic comforts and toiletries (though no kettle). The staff was kind and helpful at both the reception and the spa, especially David who check me in. The best part of the hotel was the unlimited spa usage on both the day of booking and the check-out day (until late at night)."

"However, there was a significant issue with the communication from the reservation department. If I could rate them separately, they would receive a low score. After reading customer reviews, I realized that check-in wasn’t at the Villa Welcome building. So, I specifically asked if I needed to go to the Mondorff reception, and they assured me that I didn’t. In the end, I did need to go, which was deeply frustrating. The last thing you want to do after a long trip is wander in the cold with suitcases to find the reception! (Short distance between the hotels, had I known where to check in it wouldn’t be a problem). They told me at the reception that there were written labels stating this but… they were in French. Additionally, the check-in time was disappointingly late (3:00 PM), while the check-out time was early at 11:00 AM, and the breakfast price was at an exaggerated 25€/person fee."

"We were upgraded and got to stay in a room in the main hotel area. The room and facilities were great, and we had a very relaxing stay. The access to the wellness center was included in our booking and we really enjoyed it. We had breakfast there and the buffet was very varied."

"I returned here after almost 10 years, and I must say that the Villa still delivers on expectations. The most important of course is to have access to the wellness facilities the day of the arrival and the day of departure. So it is definitely worth to stay even for one night. Rooms are not luxurious, but you have everything needed. Thank you for keeping such a good level of service and facilities."
