She is very helpful and efficient and has several amazing properties to choose from, including lovely chic apartments in the city centre, one of which I ended up staying in. The apartment has good amenities, is very comfortable and clean, and is in a great location for easily getting around Luxembourg."

"Convenient location near restaurants, bus stops, grocery stores, and such. Free assigned parking was a plus. Great layout of the apartment with cute little balconies on both sides. The hosts were very responsive and helpful!"

The assigned parking spot was not suitable for anything taller than a small sedan. We drive a van and it would not fit as it was too tall. Thankfully, we were able to utilize the handicap parking spot right outside of the building (my husband is disabled) so it did not hinder our trip or review, but would suggest notifying future guests of vehicle height restriction. Also, we only had 4 towels available for 6 people over 3 nights, so we ended up purchasing 2 towels while out on our first day.

"De tent was gezellig en knus. De veranda was fijn. Daar kun je lekker zitten met mooi en slecht weer. Neem een dekentje mee voor als het fris is. De lodge staat aan het einde van de camping en is lekker rustig. Je hoort het beekje stromen. Prima plek voor leuke uitstapjes. Op de camping app staan allemaal tips en leuke bezienswaardigheden. Ook bij minder goed weer!"

Weinig kast ruimte. Geen plek om kleding op te hangen. Mocht je dat willen.

The toilet somehow plugged and the water flowed all over the place during my stay. But thankfully, the staff acted really quickly and fix the problem. The roommates also volunteered to help. We started to chat and become friends. It was a really warming experience at the end. Also, I would appreciate if the breakfast can be more elaborate.

Not thorough enough cleaning – for example, cleaning baseboards, replacing the toilet brush, and dusting surfaces close to the floor. Better equipped kitchen – for instance, adding some wooden utensils as pots and pans were teflon. Wi-Fi quality – the connection is unstable at times and not very fast; it occasionally disconnects. No welcome information sheet – a simple printed page with key information about the accommodation, such as Wi-Fi details, nearest bus routes, local grocery stores, and emergency
