"We were a group of 8 golfers and stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. I thought the staff were outstanding, in particular Nita (admin) and Bory (bar staff). Both these ladies went above and beyond in making our stay as comfortable and entertaining as possible. Both are very friendly and competent in what they do. Room staff also do an excellent job in keeping the rooms spotless. Highly recommend this hotel, it is in a great area."

"Great central location. Clean and welcoming hotel that was just what I needed for my 3 day city break. Hotel is above a 24 hour/bar restaurant so it’s not the place for someone looking for peace and quiet it for my needs it was great!"

"Not really a problem but it’s a little confusing there’s an Ostro restaurant around 1 block away Ostro hotel actually above Gastropub 139 and not above Ostro restaurant"

"We had a great stay here. The accomodation is nice and peaceful and the staff is super friendly. They picked us up at the busstation and we also hired Moeurt as our driver for the temple tour, he was great! The location is quiet and just a 10 min walk away from the busy part of town. I'd definitely recommend staying here."

"A grand old hotel converted to a backpackers. I had a private room which was nice. It is a little faded and rough around the edges, but for me, that adds to the charm of the place. Who wants sterile and new! The showers were hot and high pressure, not a combination you get every day in S E Asia! They can hire you a scooter but had none the day i wanted one. The place directly across the street helped out and seemed honest and fair. A great place."
