"This hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of the town center and just a one-minute walk to the Mondulkiri Project office. The owner was incredibly helpful, and the refreshing coconut on arrival was a lovely touch. The pool looked fantastic, although we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Our room was clean and comfortable; the mattress was a bit firm for my preference, but that seems common across Cambodia. The pizza and breakfast were both delicious. A true gem—definitely worth supporting this small, locally run business!"

"We actually stayed at the Montagne Guest House, it's entrance being on the main road into Kampot. but our room was located more to the rear of the property; no traffic noise. Breakfast is taken in the main part of the hotel complex ( Montagne Residence ) a two minute walk from the guest house. The morning breakfast is served from 7.00am to 10.00 and was excellent ; a choice of either Asian or American. The two swimming pools are also located in this section of the complex. No problems."
