"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

"Air panasnya mantap..kamar mandi dan ruangan tidur yg bersih dan nyaman..cocok untuk backpaker ataupun traveler yg berpasangan tanpa anak..kalau dengan anak harus pesan kamar sendiri krn tak ada extra bed untuk yg kls stdnya..lokasi yg cocok ..dekat dengan resto india bagi yg suka makanan ala india atau seafood dekat simpang lampu merah...dan transport banyak pilihan bisa bus/naik mrt..saran saya untuk pelancong yg ingin menginap gunakan MRT saja dan hanya perlu jalan kaki +/400 meter dr sta aljuneid geylang. Suasana lingkungan hotel aman dan tenang tidak berisik/gaduh."

-Siaran televisi yg terbatas hanya 10 channel yg avail di tv kamar. -tempat sampah hanya ada 1 didalam kamar sebaiknya 2,satu dikamar mandi dan satu lagi di kamar tidur/dibawah meja riasnya.
