"Owner was so kind, and the room was so clean. The best thing about the hotel was that it is located in the centermost of the Garapan, which is a central city in Saipan. Staying there, you can get to nearby shop (I love Saipan, Joeten stores etc) or restaurants, historical sites (Sugar king park, museum), and beach (micro beach) only by walk."

"They advertised a T.V. in the room. Well, there was a large T.V., just couldn't get a signal. As a person who loves to fall asleep to the T.V., it took me forever to fall asleep. :("

"It's all on first floor in an urban area, so no views out the window. Some of the furniture looks a bit consumed, which gives it kind of dirty appearance (like the couch or the WiFi instructions)."

"중국인 사장님이 매우 친절하시고 부킹닷컴 메시지와 메일을 통해 원활하게 사전 체크인에 관한 사항을 들어주셨어요. 새벽 체크인 인데도 잘 도와주셨고 뒤뜰에 빨래줄이 있어 공용 공간에 빨래를 널어 둘 수 있습니다. 마나가하, 그로토 등 투어 가기 좋은 위치에 있었어요. 여행사에서도 호텔 앞으로 픽업을 바로 와주셔서 가기 편했습니다. 방도 넓고 깨끗했어요. 욕실도 사진과 똑같구요. 청소 상태도 깨끗한 편이였습니다. 여러 모로 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 와이파이도 아주 잘 터졌어요. 침대가 큰 것이 두 개 있어서 가족끼리 쓰기도 아주 좋았습니다. 부킹닷컴 후기만 믿고 예약했던 숙소인데 대만족 입니다. 도움 얻어서 다른 분들께도 도움되시라고 후기 남겨요."
"침대가 약간 딱딱한 편입니다. 허리 안 좋은 가족은 좀 힘들어했지만 저는 괜찮았어요. 사람에 따라 다른 것 같습니다. 그 외에는 모두 좋았습니다. 방 창문으로 티갤 뒷문이 보였을 정도로 가라판 시내에 있어 주변 식당 가기도 좋았고 복도에도 에어컨이 설치되어 있어 쾌적했습니다. 여러 안내가 중국어로만 되어 있지만 딱히 불편한건 없었습니다."
"가격 대비 굉장히 훌륭합니다. 넓고 깔끔하고 아주 좋았어요. 침구도 깨끗하고 공간이 매우 넓어서 세명 사용 했는데 아주 널럴하게 잘 사용했습니다. 가성비 최고에요. 도심에 있어서 주변에 걸어서 갈 수 있는 곳도 많았습니다. 엄청 좋은 리조트를 갈게 아니라면 가성비 숙소로는 최고에요. 새벽 3시 체크인도 해주셨어요."
"화장실 하수구에서 냄새가 났는데 이건 크고 좋은 리조트에서도 그런걸 보니 섬 특성인가봅니다. 그리고 화장실 바디워시 샴푸 통 입구가 녹슬어있었어요. 통만 바꾸어주면 좋을 것 같아요."
