Hotel di Benin

"Air panasnya mantap..kamar mandi dan ruangan tidur yg bersih dan nyaman..cocok untuk backpaker ataupun traveler yg berpasangan tanpa anak..kalau dengan anak harus pesan kamar sendiri krn tak ada extra bed untuk yg kls stdnya..lokasi yg cocok ..dekat dengan resto india bagi yg suka makanan ala india atau seafood dekat simpang lampu merah...dan transport banyak pilihan bisa bus/naik mrt..saran saya untuk pelancong yg ingin menginap gunakan MRT saja dan hanya perlu jalan kaki +/400 meter dr sta aljuneid geylang. Suasana lingkungan hotel aman dan tenang tidak berisik/gaduh."

-Siaran televisi yg terbatas hanya 10 channel yg avail di tv kamar. -tempat sampah hanya ada 1 didalam kamar sebaiknya 2,satu dikamar mandi dan satu lagi di kamar tidur/dibawah meja riasnya.

Nothing at all it was just the mud on the entrance which was beyond their controll( natural cause)

"This is such a unique property and what an experience to stay in a Troglodyte home. We were welcomed warmly and thoroughly enjoyed sleeping in the cave like rooms, that were so spacious too. Dinner is available at the guesthouse for a reasonable price considering how much food they gave us too."

The showers in the bathrooms have zero water pressure, it was just a trickle of water unfortunately.

"The location is great -- just 5 minutes to the beach and close to the main cafés and restaurants. The apartment is a good size and has a blackout system, so you don’t get sunlight coming in. The hotel also has two of the best restaurants in town -- Bottega and Plaza -- and they are fantastic."

I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

"Very friendly and helpful hosts, as well as all the staff members. Big and nice bedroom with a little balcony. This one doesn't offer the best view, but the terrace even more - an absolutely stunning view. The breakfast is good as well as the dinner. You can walk upon a little rock and enjoy sunrise or sundown with a cool drink and a breathtaking view. The lodge is a nice option for the beginning or the end of a Namibia trip because it's located not far away from the airport and only little more than one hour drive from the city of Windhoek."

La piscine était sur entretien et en train detre remplir. Dommage pour nous que on ne pouvait pas nager. Mais prochainement ca sera possible.

staff refused to arrange the car with a driver to the border with Angola, even if I'm agree for the proposed price. Why ?

"Another comfortable stay at the Gold. Great room overlooking the town and tower. Perfect location and the restaurant food is lovely and reasonably priced. If you want to eat out, Rynek42 and Nomo in town are great places, and the Kebab Inn just a few hundred metres up the road is a great takeaway."
