"Facilidade com passeios. O hotel é um ponto de saída de passeios para Isla Mujeres e Chichen-Itzá, por exemplo. Além dos hóspedes, aparecem pessoas de outros lugares para embarcar na praia que aparece nas fotos do anúncio, que é literalmente a “prainha”do hotel. Então foi muito cômodo fechar o passeio no hotel, tomar o café da manhã e já sair dali mesmo para Isla Mujeres."

"Even though the apartment is not beachfront, it has a gorgeous view to the lagoon and the location is very convenient, since the connected mall has a great grocery store and it is pretty easy to get to the beach with Uber. The AC worked great and having a washer/dryer available was also very convenient. We had no hot water when we arrived, but they promptly replaced the whole boiler while we were out the next day, which really surprised and satisfied us."

"The room facing the building can be noisy at night because of a nearby nightclub; some furniture in the apartment and gym equipment were damaged but still usable; and a few times housekeeping forgot toilet paper, though we could always request it at reception."

"this place is takes the cake, the room is terrible, dirty , cracks on the wall, the bed is like 100+ year old, the receptionist is everything but helpful, the electricity plug is moving yes its moving not fixed neither the light switch so its everything but safe. Ive been traveling alot and i do not mind staying a night in not so fancy places but this is just pure nightmare, i dont even know how on earth booking.com let them advert on their site."
