"We were pleasantly surprised with staying at the same room we stayed before. That was a very nice touch from the the staff. Lovely spacious room with view to the mountains and pool. Amazing breakfast as always. The Spa facilities are also superb."

"Simply the most beautifully located hotel in the Swiss Italian lakes. Fabulous outside space and a great offering from SUP's to Yoga. Restaurant and bar staff are exceptional, the breakfast more than generous. A luxury treat for sure."

"The Jazz Hotel‘s location is great - close to the promenade but not right in the middle. We liked the parking garage and the (extensive) breakfast option. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and we had enough space for everything. Plus a little balcony for an aperitivo in the evening sun."
