"Enough parking spaces for every guest. Beautiful trees in front, big windows, even man can hear birds in the morning."

"We appreciate getting the keys at the moment we arrived and being welcomed by the owner who explained how the keys and equipment works (Coffee machine, washing maschine, air conditioning). We also could log out in the afternoon next day which was very convenient as we were on the tour at the city center during the day. We could do the loundry what was very nice after some days in the mountains (the are all detergents needed). There is oil, salt, paper, coffee, tea included, so preparing a quick meal/ breakfast is easy. Quite, parking place, good air conditioning, convenient connection to the city center (5 min walk+ 25 min by tram = 1,60 BGN)."

"The location of the property was convenient for our family, and the parking space was also very comfortable. We liked the apartment — I would rate it around 7 out of 10"

"The apartment lacked basic cutlery (such as spoons and forks), which was inconvenient. Additionally, when we arrived, the apartment was quite cold and had not been preheated, so we had to wait about 1–1.5 hours for it to reach a comfortable temperature. If you are traveling as a family of three, it’s worth noting that the sofa bed is not properly equipped with suitable bedding — it kept slipping off and was difficult to arrange properly. It was also somewhat noisy, as the neighboring apartment doors are close by, and sounds from the corridor could be easily heard."

"The apartment has everything you need. The short is extremely kind and helpful. The garage is a huge plus."

"Not the owner’s fault, neighbors are extremely noisy-even at 2am"

"Great place! Clean, cozy, and super central. Easy self check-in and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again."

"The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, cozy and looks amazing. Everything inside the apartment is functional and the view from one of the bedrooms is phenomenal."
