Poin positif:
"Good for an apartment hotel; clean and easy check-in. Also the parking in the garage is very convenient. Personnel very responsive on WhatsApp."
Poin negatif:
"We visited in the summer, so slept with windows open as it felt that fresh air (ventilation) was not enough otherwise. It's a bit unclear what is expected at check-out and the tone from personnel could be more polite when communicating. Some small things missing, such as paper towels for kitchen use and kitchen towel to dry plates and glasses after doing the dishes, and no salt, peppar and cooking oil, so make sure to bring your own."

Poin positif:
"Good location with a car park. Cozy setup and spacious apartment. Kids love the middle yard space in between units, they played snow."
Poin negatif:
"Check in was pretty late at 4pm. TV couldn’t connect to the internet so all the YouTube etc didn’t work, staff came but just said not her problem. Checkout instruction were a bit odd asking to put dirty sheets into the bath tub, throw away trash etc. We made sure the place was tidy but of course didn’t do the requested housekeeping chores."

Poin positif:
"We’ve stayed in this apartment twice already (2022 and 2023) and we love it. The house is a charm, next to a river. It is really well maintained with two great bathrooms. It is 5min distance walk from Canillo Telecabinas so it isn’t hard to reach the slopes. the owner is really nice and always in contact for any issue. I’m looking forward to staying here next year again! Gracias Frederic!"
Poin negatif:
"nothing, I highly suggest this place!"

Poin positif:
"The location is quite convenient, between two resorts which you can get there by bus or by car. The bus stop is in 5 minutes by walk. The view is beautiful. The apartment was very warm and clean inside. It has everything you need for cooking, washing, and more."
Poin negatif:
"Driving into the garage isn't very convenient because the road is narrower than usual due to the snow. But it wasn't a big problem, just something to keep in mind for others. Also, two minor issues: - the lighting in the house was rather dim for us. - the shower head isn't holding up well."
