"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in the mountains. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking views. "My son and I spent three weeks traveling around Puerto Rico and this was a wonderful addition to our trip. I love Pitahaya's focus on sustanability and eco traveling, the exclusion of single use water bottles (BRAVO) and attention to composting and recycling. This is something rarely seen on the island and greatly needed. The mattress in the tent was very comfortable and I absolutely loved showing under the stars. A great way to camp if you are unable to bring your personal camp gear or are simply looking for a more comfortable camping experience."

The main light in our tent would only last for a few seconds. We weren't aware that it was motion activated and that made it challenging to play board games and read at night.

The neighbors were playing music very loudly until midnight. It’s still glamping and not a hotel room so it was disturbing but that can always happen when you go camping.

"It was cosy , clean and had all the requirements we needed , great bed nice warm cosy cabin .Great trips Nikol and James excellent northern light and husky walk the morning / definitely recommend super friendly guys and we got to see the lights."

Nothing much , staff that worked in the office could have been friendlier, like greet and show a interest when you come for breakfast, but not much more to mention . Great stay

"The kidness of the host. She was really helpful and open to propose solutions when necessary. All the staff was amazing and the showed a lot of hospitality."

Some of the fourniture was a little old and that really impacts the perception of gests. This does not mean that the hotel wasn't clean, it is just a question of maintenance of the fourniture.

"Evererythink was perfect, night of my life but you must be with someone who you ❤️... jacuzzi perfect view, fresh air, like in spaceship... no bad neighbours.... etc etc 8 min walk from barscarsija .... etc etc ❤️"

"Andrea was a wonderful host and this is the perfect place for a relaxing few days. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed the quiet evening, drinking wine in our jacuzzi outside the tent! Because the tents are grouped around a central area, it is perfect for a group of family/friends. We are already planning a return trip! My only concern though, would be if there were families with small children running around, it would disturb other guests. This is not really a place suitable for children, and ideally should be an adults only location."

"Very nice view onto the valley and the volcano. We were watching the stars and shooting stars from the very comfortable bed. Although it was cold outside, the blankets and heater keep you warm. The jacuzzi was nice as well."

The water in the jacuzzi is warm but not hot, but it wasn’t bad and totally acceptable for being in the middle of nowhere.

"the slecuded. quiet peaceful grounds, the air circulation of sleeping in the tent, air flow thru mesh mosquito mesh, out side enclosed bathroom facilities,the yoga barn and good selection of books to to read in comfy arm chairs very nice plunger coffee with plunger ,over all a very pleasant 5 nights spent at this echo retreat"

maybe fresh seasonal fruit platter for breakfast as some photos show on their website, but, the muesli and little fruit, apple juice and coconut milk was very adequate

"Great set up, breakfast, it poured with rain one night and the tent was dry as a bone. Dog loved it. Didn’t use the swimming pool but looked good for families. Good showers and communal cooking facilities."

"Great host, with good energy, who picked me up from quay. His accommodation was only 10 minutes away. I slept in a tent with a very good, firm mattress. Not soft. In the afternoon it can be hot in the tent, so this makes it difficult to do a nap. A camping stove is available, so this was very welcomed. Onside a nice relaxing beach, where you can enjoy the water with paddling, just swimming or gaze at the ocean. During the night this area was quiet. Bathroom is near the house and supplies cold and hot water. He knows where to get good food, and cheap transport. A mosquito net may be handy next time. I really recommend this place."

"Really nice and peaceful campsite, surrounded by olive trees, grape vines, and the beach. There are restaurants and small convenience stores a short walk from the campsite. Staff are really friendly and helpful."
