The staff was kind of noisy in the morning, especially by the kitchen.

Alice, the owner who lives there, is very nice and helpful. She booked a taxi for us and woke up at 5.30a.m. to be sure that the taxi arrived. Excellent quality for a good price."

The proximity and the 180-degree view of the sea, the unmatched decor items, fairy lights and stellar interior planning, the very small-but-important facility and comfort details that have been considered, the quaint and romantic area around the dome, the considerate and responsive hosts all come together to make this a true gem here in Latvia. It feels like the place is kept beautiful and tidy out of genuine care for the wellbeing and pleasure of the guests. The hot tub costs extra, but a hot tub with a direct view of the sea is another rarirty here that is well worth the money. Absolutely recommended without hesitation, and I wish the hosts the endurance to keep this up, as we will 100% be looking to come back to this corner of paradise!"

To be nitpicky, the tap water seems to have high iron content, hence some water discoloration and odor. Nevertheless, there is extra drinkable water provided so this is not an issue really.

"the slecuded. quiet peaceful grounds, the air circulation of sleeping in the tent, air flow thru mesh mosquito mesh, out side enclosed bathroom facilities,the yoga barn and good selection of books to to read in comfy arm chairs very nice plunger coffee with plunger ,over all a very pleasant 5 nights spent at this echo retreat"

maybe fresh seasonal fruit platter for breakfast as some photos show on their website, but, the muesli and little fruit, apple juice and coconut milk was very adequate

"My stay at Para un poquito was wonderful, the hosts Flor and Joel are very welcoming, nice and helpful in any situation, they know and love the place. The situation right on the beach is idyllic, you literally go out of your room and are on the beach. I'd definitely recommend this place."

"The location is excellent (10/10) and really gives off a strong camping vibe, yet it’s conveniently close to many F&B options. The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, with the bonus of having a private toilet."

Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, so the campfire had to be cancelled. However, the staff were extremely friendly and thoughtful—they provided umbrellas and floor mats to prevent rainwater from entering the room. Truly appreciated their warm hospitality and great service. Would definitely recommend this place!

"The location, the tents, the food and the staff were excellent. A lovely rustic place to stay! Really enjoyed the night walk, the canoe ride as well as the sounds of the jungle at night. The tents were incredible apart from it being really hot and give you the true feeling of being close to nature. The staff is very prompt and attentive and we really enjoyed the local food cooked with ingredients from the neighbouring areas."

It was quite hot and the fan was available only for a few hours each day.

"Rasheed and Rohith provided exceptional service and the dinner was excellent. Our tent was also very nice. Canopes at sunset were superb The driver Jamal was also great"

Too many flies specially when we tried to have the canopes at sunset. Perhaps at the parking spot where pick ups, drop offs are made, have a little shed with a couple of chairs so people could sit down while they wait to be picked up cos we came in a cab and sometimes, the driver may have another hire so he has to drop us and go off. Also, do advise guests to bring a sweater as it gets chilly at night. We did have one but only cos a colleague of mine who had been to a desert camp b4 recommended it.
