"Clean, well looking hotel. Hot water, good rooms, beds and overall. Staff is always present, helpful and very hospitable! Location itself is good, especially if you need to reach the airport and the transport stations."

The only disadvantage is the big telecommunication tower just to the side of the hotel. I personally prefer not to be microwaved.

"I have just spent the most amazing 3 nights on the Grand Swan, one of 3 beautiful 5 Star Houseboats in this small group, located in a great position on Lake Dal. The rooms are very well presented and very comfortable. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty. The chef made sure the food was to my liking, and there was plenty of it, The staff went above and beyond to make sure i got the most out of my short stay. Mr Ahmed the manager arranged some trips for me including a not to be missed tour of the lake. A special thanks to Mr Shabam, who did everything from bringing me coffee in the morning to accompanying me on a magical trip to the mountains, where his local knowledge and friends made this a trip I will never forget and got to meet the local people. I can highly recommend staying here whether you are travelling by yourself, with friends or with family. I am already planning my return"

Nur ein einziger Punkt wäre verbesserungswürdig. Verdunklungsrollos im Bereich der Schlafbereich würden für etwas längere Nächte sorgen :-)

Der Gastgeber Franck ist sehr nett und er erklärt auch wunderbar die Handhabung des Dingis, so dass man auch jederzeit an Land gehen kann. This is a new concept. A few teething issues to sort. Breakfast took a long time. They should also make you aware in advance about cruise timings as it means the boat is unaccessible. This is OK providing your planning an evening out somewhere anyway. Evening cruise from 8pm to 11pm in our case
