Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

"The host and hostess were very kind and helped us check in almost close to midnight. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were simple and clean."

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"The room was spacious, clean and generally well-kept. Staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The only point to note is that not all the suites in this category have a view over Gyeongbokgung Palace - when we wrote before our trip to double check, we were told that most of those suites are booked by long-term guests, and when we arrived there were indeed no suites with a palace view available. However, our suite had a great city view, including Namsan Tower and a view directly over Jogyesa Temple. We also got to enjoy sunrise every morning from our room, so for a winter stay it was very nice. The hotel also kindly stored a suitcase for us for a few days after we checked out. Great location, highly recommend."

"We had a very comfortable and quiet 2 week stay in the Sunset Room. The entire cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept by Demi. We had everything we needed to cook at home but also enjoyed many meals out at local restaurants. Our morning coffee on the balcony before our daily walks on Shoal Bay beach (5 min drive away) were a great way to start each day. Use of the laundry facilities was much appreciated. Hot shower, quality towels, linens and bath products. Demi was very helpful with recommendations. The location was great as we had a car to explore the island. Nothing in Anguilla is far. We loved everything about the island and would highly recommend any of the rooms at The Hidden Cottage."

Y lo que más me agrado es que se puede usar el gimnasio del edificio. El apartamento esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, haciendo facil la llegada. Por la mañana no hay tráfico, además de que son puntuales para traer el transporte que me llevó al aeropuerto, por lo que llegué en el tiempo esperado, sin mencionar que tienen desayuno incluído, fueron tan amables de ponermelo para llevar ya que quería desayunar luego."

"Seyfu is giving his best to satisfy his guests. He came to pick me up to the airport, showed around Lalibela, even took me as a guide to few rock-hewn churches, for free, provided breakfast every morning, all for free, even though it wasn’t included in my booking. His place is clean, yet within local community, which I really liked. You see how locals live. It is onsuite room with large bed, separate entrance, free wifi, towels changed every day, bed made every day. I don’t have enough words to describe his hospitality. You simply become friend with Seyfu straight away. Thank you brother for everything!"
