The only thing with the place is that if you don't drive (like me), it's quite far away from everything (which I kind of knew from researching when I booked so that was my choice) There are no buses but if you're driving, I would say it's perfect for a quiet, chilled stay in beautiful surroundings. I would probably still go back just for a few days if I re visit Aruba.

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.

"A fantastic experience! The guesthouse is in a great location in the heart of Brazzaville, surrounded by quiet residential areas. Most importantly, the rooms were very clean. "The room was spacious, organized, and clean. In addition, the sun came shining in throughout the morning. We had access to many amenities (including kitchenette!). The location is in a quiet town, where everyone is friendly. We needed to stay a second night, and they happily extended our stay."

On arrival we were allocated room 101 which was away from main hotel, through a metal locked gate, across thick snow and down several steps to basement room, when we went in it was damp, draughty, extremely cold. We complained immediately, however it took a phone call to booking.com customer service to get our issue resolved. We are 2 elderly ladies and was disappointed with the service we received initially.

Maybe the indoor pool had to be accessed through the outside, but maybe it was because the hotel was currently undergoing renovations. And maybe there were no changing rooms in the pool area.

"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

The location is great - within walking distance of the city's attractions. Public transport (bus, train, tram) in the city and the entire Luxembourg is free."

I don't think it's a big minus, but I'll mention it anyway. There is no drying rack for dishes, instead they use a device (something like a flexible grid) that is placed above the sink. For me it was not very practical. There is a dishwasher, but for one cup and one plate it is not advisable to run it. Moreover, only one capsule is provided. Additional ones are available for a fee.

The location is excellent too. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, 5 mins walk to the nearest grocery store, and less than 10 mins walk to the lake."

There was an ongoing road repairs just steps away from the property, so expect some noise during the day. We pretty much were out during those times so it didn’t bother us.
