"For me staff, location and cleanliness are the most important things. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room and ficilities are very clean. Our room had a good view. Location wise there is some walk to Taksim square (20 min aprox) and 15 mins to Nishantashi which was convenient."

"Great place to stay, from the description I was expecting more like serviced apartments but there was a manned reception with really helpful staff. The room was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable, only a few minutes walk from the conference centre, I would definitely stay again"

"Exceptional value for money, away from the hussle and bustle of the centre of Istanbul. We loved the area (away from the tourist traps with plenty exceptional restaurants close by) and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming- as two female travellers we felt very safe during our stay. Lovely breakfast in the morning with huge variety - something to suit everyone. Very well located for the metro and buses so extremely easy to get to all the sites. Felt very safe walking the area very late at night. Hotel had a nice chilled out atmosphere - every time we came back from our daily travels we were warmly welcomed and always offered a variety of drinks. Lovely people working at the hotel !!! Highly recommended - Thank you !!!"
"Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay."
"Amazing hotel, great location and the staff is very helpful. Lovely clean spacious rooms; only downside was breakfast - not the best range of food. Great stay with Harbiye Residence otherwise!"
"Breakfast could’ve been better, needs more selection."
"Very kind staff, great spacious room, great location (3mins to bus stop,20mins to city centre via bus),everything is clean!"
"Breakfast is not the best, there are no juices or water. Only drinks are coffee and tea (however they make lovely omlette eggs and fried eggs for you!)"
"The staff was very polite and kind ready to help you in any matter. The hotel was very close to the beautiful Nisandasi."

"Cleaning every day really thorough. Very Clean Very polite people and really quiet place 24/7 check in check out"
"Not a free pass for Netflix Disney or other platforms"
"Very nice small hotel with free parking available, which was crucial in this area. Metro station is 5min away on foot, or you can walk 10min to get to Taxim square. The room was very clean, we had all we needed, everything was fine. We'll definitely consider again!"
"We didn't try breakfast, no opinion for that"
"Modern design space, comfortable big size bed, nice view and great bathroom. The staff and owner are very friendly and every day cleaning is important."

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable."

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"Breakfast is basic but good. I'm aware that it was off season for this location. It was very quiet the days i was there. Sauna and swimmingpool ive used one time and that was good. Room was nice and clean. People at the reception were very helpfull when needed."
"It was such a great place for staying in with a good quality for everything"
"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
