"Highly recommended! This is a small, family-run hotel. The owners are very warm and kind people. The hotel owner is friendly and always helpful. Excellent location — close to the sea, shops, cafés, and with good transport connections around the island. The rooms are clean and tidy, with everything you need for cooking: a stove and kitchen utensils. Shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, and a toothbrush are provided. Guests are welcomed warmly — they even pick you up from the airport and greet you with fresh fruit! Everything was absolutely positive!💝 A great choice!"

"The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and greeting us with a fresh coconut was a very nice touch on a hot day! The location is perfect, right on the beach and surrounded by restaurants, shops and a couple of bars."

"My family and I stayed at the Bulin Residence for 10 days. We absolutely loved the location - across the street from a beautiful beach that felt almost like a private beach, close to a couple of 7-11s, and an amazing outdoor gym right on the beach! The apartment itself is meters off the main road, but very quiet nevertheles. Everything was clean and we alway felt like we are at home. The family that runs the place, puts a personal touch and we felt so cosy and welcome! This is a peacefull and warm budget friendly place that we would recommend to anyone.!"

"Lovely welcome in the storm and dragon fruit as a welcome gift was a lovely touch. Very clean and spick and span. Owners kindly looked after luggage after I checked out and brought me to the airport."

"The room is bright and big but take care of the position! If it close to the main street you will not sleep all night long. Ask for room on the back."

"The staff and manager was very rude! She didnt want to change the room and put me in a less noisy one on the back despite there where some still free. After that she didnt talk to me at all for all the vacation."

"Nothing bad to say about this place at all! Clean tidy and all the standard amenities you’d need. The host was so friendly and helpful, and they have a cheap laundry service at the property too. Good location, it’s on the quieter side of the island but still plenty to do, lots of restaurants close by and the beach is about a 10 minute walk."

"Dirty sheets, uncomfortable bed, and very noisy room. We rented a scooter from the landlord, she gave us one with a broken phone mount and then made us pay for it upon return (almost as much as the scooter rental itself). We will not return."

"Big comfy bed, well located, nice balcony. Small kitchenette, we had to ask the staff for equipment because there was not a lot, but they always brought it to us and were very kind."

"Missing quite a lot of stuff for the kitchenette like no sponge, no dish soap and no rags. And the equipment was really the bare minimum."

"Very big room! Being cleaned every two days of your stay you can find this stay very comfortable and clean. Air con working good. The room does not have any switch mode so you can leave your battery to charge meanwhile you’re outside"

Consider to ask a taxi to the host instead using grab because the application accept automatically the drive without letting them to choose if they want or not. You’ll end up losing time. Just ask them to call a taxi, they will be super helpful with you as they did it with us!"
