"Although the aircon worked okay, there was a bit of a bad smell coming from it. Paying 50thb for a fourth pillow. I am 73 and need 3 to support my dodgy back when sitting on the bed."

"Our stay at NP residence was everything we could hope for. It is within walking distance of a 7/11. Close to restaurants and close to the Mekong River. What we also liked was that you could hire bikes to travel around the city. Or if you asked for a TukTuk or a Taxi, the hotel will arrange it for you. The staff was very kind, and the rooms were very clean. Overall, it offers excellent value for money."

"The rooms were clean ,there was a balcony, tea ,coffee, cookies and water for refilling bottle was available in the lobby . Cycles available ,have to pay a small amount, 2 min from river front . Best part was check in at 8 am , very convenient if come on an overnight bus"

"Prachtige kraak nette kamers met grote koelkast. Locatie is ok en dicht bij de rivier waar je rustig kan wandelen. Drank en eten genoeg als je de straat in noordelijke richting opwandeld. Ik kan deze plaats aanbevelen?"

"Ik had een grote kamer zonder zon en dat viel voor mij tegen maar ideaal voor mensen die het liever niet te warm hebben. De volgende keer zou ik een kamer vragen aan de zonnige kant van het gebouw."

"Great budget hotel only 5 mins walk to BTS and river pier, we had the family room as there was 4 of us, sathorn is my favorite place in Bangkok there’s loads of restaurants and a night market plus access to BTS and river boats it’s a perfect area for tourists who want to see all the sights if you want “entertainment bars” and shopping malls go to Nana All the best hotels in Bangkok are in sathorn area too if you want luxury…."

Everything in the Villa - from the fine furniture to the big kitchen is high standard an well chosen by taste. The whole place is well maintained. Patrick the Owner is a really nice guy who took care of us very well - while keeping enough distance to ensure our full privacy. Every question and inquiry we had was answered on short hand. "What a great find this villa was for us. A lovely two bedroom apartment with only one other apartment in the house. So the lovely pool and gardens area are almost private use. Well equipped kitchen, lovely conservatory type sitting area and all very comfortable. Minny the owner and her colleague were fantastic. Literally willing to help with anything where possible. Mummy even picked us up from the Phuket ferry terminal despite our ferry being an hour late. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops within five minutes walk, and the beach is so close you can hear the waves from upstairs. Just loved it and will definitely go back if we can find availability when next in the area."
