"The warm and cozy environment. Comfy beds. Feels like home. Great location as well. Good for money."

"The old lift. It makes so much noise, preventing you from sleeping. And the sound proofing of the room. You'll literally hear someone talking next door or taking a shower. Good thing there's not so much guess when I stay. And lastly the lack of staff during the night. There's something wrong with my room in the middle of the night and there is no one to talk to at the front desk."

"Very special old place. Soooo cool! Design is like a movie set. Peaceful and quiet. Yet close to everything."

"This was a great stay, it felt like being in a hotel. The space is modern, spacious, and our room was comfortable. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything there is to see in the city. We also received a free room upgrade, and the staff were helpful in arranging our breakfast as a takeaway due to our early checkout. The breakfast was modest but good. We would definitely come back again."

"Everything was great. The only small thing for the staff to consider (nothing bad, but it would improve the overall experience) is that we mentioned an early check-out several times, but no one addressed how our key should be returned and how our deposit would be returned (no one was there at 7am when we left, the reception only opens at 8am). If we hadn’t asked ourselves, we’re not sure how we would have received our money back."
