"A pleasant guy on the night shift, a soft mattress, lovely shampoo."

"Water periodically leaks in the bathroom, causing noise, including at night. The window cannot be opened wide, making it stuffy. There is no ventilation, making it hot."

"We stayed one night at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was easy. The breakfast was included, it was simple and delicious. The room had a tea set, refrigerator, TV and air."

"Cozy and comfy hotel, we enjoyed our stay! They have their own private parking, hotel rooms have everything needed for a short-term stay. Breakfast was nice and it's also possible to order lunch or dinner in the restaurant downstairs, but the kitchen is open only till 8 PM"

"Location was excellent in the old city. Walking distance to everything . Room was very quiet with large veranda. Our room (14)didn’t overlook the small street so was never noisy which suited us. The beds were very comfortable .Reception staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was basic continental but more than adequate, served until 9.30 which was great if you wanted a later start. Would we stay here again….?Absolutely!"

"The hostess was DELIGHTFUL: she waited up for me to let me get in very late, after ÖBB made me miss my connection, and I love her for it. I received a room with a bathtub, as I had asked, and WHAT A PERK THAT WAS. Also, the location is really quite good, just 10 mins away from the central station. Also yay minifridge for DIY meals! (Ooh, also! The comforter was of a weird-but-not-unwelcome thickness/sturdiness -- not at all "fluffy" like I'm used to, yet it did its job and it did it well!)"

"We come back here every year for the winter holidays, as it's one of our favourite places. The apartment is a good size, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are warm and the beds are comfortable. Private parking, a playroom for children and a ski room are also available. Everything you need, from ski slopes to restaurants and grocery stores, is close by."
