"tidak ada sarapan, hotel Value ini masuk sebagai hotel standart yg bersih, dengan luasan standart untuk pasangan cukup memenuhi standart. alangkah baiknya untuk pelanggan nginap yang sudah puluhan kali, diberi prioritas2 yang baik. misalnya bisa minta bantal tambahan , walau bayar juga tidak masalah. Terimakasih."

"We stay in this hotel every time we visit Singapore from England ...We stayed in 2 rooms for 5 nights. The room are basic and small but clean. STAFFS are wonderful especially "HAIKAL" and "KEN" .Both are very helpful.. and kind to help us during our stay."

"Conveniently located at Balestier Rd, with 24 hour eateries nearby. The front desk was professional and the housekeeping was honest. I left my spare phone in the room, and realised it a week later. Called the front desk, and they’ve sealed it in a bag and stored it safely. Claiming process was professional with verification and identity checks."

"Rooms aren’t that clean, and had a strong musty smell. Could still smell the cologne / perfume from the previous stayer in the room."
