"The staff were very helpful. The lady manager was very helpful to change our room since my wife had a health condition for which she couldn't climb stairs. She even gave two options to choose from. The room size is very nice and especially the rooms in the front building. Hot water was not at all a problem throughout our stay and the bathroom was spacious too. The staff at the restaurant were also very helpful"
