"New every day, lots of variety and new dishes or variations on the old. Staff very attentive and loved the custom egg orders, super speedy and always done the way you wanted."

"Cleanliness, especially at their Solarium restaurant. I guess I can give at least a partial excuse because of construction but on our night dining there, there was a rat - actively attempting to get on the food tables. Staff did not seem overly concerned until I went up and started kicking their table to get the rat to leave. This was not the first time this rat had been there, it wasn't like just nosing around and would come out of the foliage and jump right up on the tables. It was a super turn off."

"Two of us spent 2 nights here and had a really great time. We had one of the luxury rooms with the most amazing views over Copper Canyon, and although it was a bit of a trek to climb up there, it was well worth it. The manager, George, was very friendly and attentive, and ensured that we were well looked after. The rest of the staff were also extremely helpful. As a stop on the El Chepe train journey it’s to be strongly recommended."
