"Was slightly more expensive for the location considering it was a bit further out from the main areas, but the hotel was very clean and nice and the room was lovely and new! Received my access code/access to the property and my room earlier than the check in which was very helpful!"

No lift which was difficult with a suitcase - several staircases to access the property and the room

It is a bit of a steep long walk to get there from the centre.

"staff was friendly but unfortunately they didn't speak one word english. beautiful garden with a lot of seat areas. During late evening, night it was really nice to sit outside coz of temperature. during the day it was too warm. Very good breakfast"

Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Found the price/quality not balanced, a bit expensive for what you get. But it was high season, not sure what the price will be before July and after August.

"Lovely place, very well maintained and clean, quiete, free coffee, very helpful staff. For us it offered all we need and we can highly recommend it. As it is a bit outside of the town center it is good to have a car."

Сауну використовувати тоді коли хоче клієнт і не просити включити,більше звертати увагу персоналу на відвідувачів,сидять дві працівниці і жодна не зорієнтувала куди йти і в кого можна щось запитати

No parking, but that's a problem for most of the Kanchanaburi hotels The water pump is turned on request, don't know if there was a problem with the water. However, despite these issues, I will book a room in this hotel for my next visit to Kanchanaburi

"The hotel was a great location for our trip to Norway. The room was clean and we slept so well as the bed and pillows were really good . The choice at breakfast was very good and had a good selection of vegetarian options."

The room was slightly musty when we entered the room and the shower head was situated in an odd place
