"Great location, close to Marigot ferry, and with parking. Private beach access. Amazing sea view. Very comfortable stay. Good value. Very friendly host. Crib and high chair provided and host also had a basket of toys and had moved kitchen knives out of reach, which were really nice and much appreciated additional touches. The building itself is a little run down but the studio is well decorated and the photos are accurate. Would definitely visit again."

"The shower head could do with replacing. You had to shower holding the shower head. Complimentary shower gel and shampoo weren't provided. Check in is a little difficult if you don't have WiFi. We had to borrow a strangers phone to contact the host. She was waiting in the apartment but we hadn't been given the apartment number and noone was familiar with the name seabird studio."

"Camille was a wonderful Hostess, ensuring a smooth meet & greet check in process. Location and security were phenomenal. Studio equipped with everything needed for self catering. Enjoyed listening to the soothing sound of the beach, loved watching the sunset and the twinkling night lights of neighboring island Anguilla on the horizon while relaxing on my patio. Easy walk into Marigot for shopping and dining. Definitely will be back for another stay!"

"Perfect location with small but nice private beach and with swimming pool. The apartment is at walking distance (15 minutes) from Marigot. For Philipsburg you have to take a taxi for 25 dollar."

"The plumbing in the bathroom needs some renovation. It would be nice if there was something to drink available in case of late arrival. Suggestion: put a bottle of water in the refrigerator and some drinks that guests can take for cash payment."

"Seabird Studio exceeded our expectations by far. Camille is an extremely nice and polite person. Check in was done quickly, she explained the most important points and then we felt like at home from the very first minute. This apartment had everything we needed, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. I have never been in a such neatly, well organized and clean place. And the best: A small balcony with a beach right underneath where you can have a drink or a lazy breakfast."

"Absolutely no negative points to mention about the apartment, but the neighbourhood had seen better times. Marigot was a chic place a few years ago, with good retaurants like Tropicana and others and lots of different shops. Now it looks a bit lost, still suffering from the hurricane. But this did not really affect the positive spirit of Seabird Studio."

"We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and it was great. The apartment is bright, well equipped, had everything you need even for a day at the beach. It's also clean and quiet. The location was perfect. Everything important can be reached quickly on foot. The apartment complex has direct access to the beach and a pool. We would like to thank Camille for the always pleasant, helpful and fast communication."
