"Quiet and safe neighborhood, residential area. But still close to restaurants and supermarkets, just a few minutes drive to Marigot center. Easy check-in and out. Very fast responses and help/recommendations from Nadia and her husband, thank you for that! Well-equipped kitchen, super-fast wifi."

"simplement il est temps de remplacer les poêles en fin de vie et de mettre à disposition au moins une casserole ..!! un petit détail simple à corriger la petite piscine commune de la résidence, espace piscine peu nettoyer eau propre mais aucunes intervention dans la semaine pour le nettoyage du fond du bassin"

"Our host was wonderful at responding quickly to my questions while booking. He was helpful upon arrival, and I believe he has created a very nice little apartment for a vacation. Location was good for access to the main roads as we explored the island. The apartment is secure. It has most everything we needed for the week. We did not use the swimming pool area."

"The apartment as expected did not have a view of the sea, but was a 3 min walk to the pool and beach. The dawn beach walks were great. The main Orient Bay beach center is about 3/4 mile walk along the beach. It was good to walk to dinner and back. The hosts were great and responsive ,helped out with general island info as well."
