"The room was cold, running only on ac. We requested an extra heater and they gave us one. The bathroom was not very clean (mostly the shower) and we didn’t get our towels changed in the 4 nights there."

"Well,to say the room is huge ,do not say nothing, it is extremely huge ,10 people can fit. Feeling like u are a Queen, all room in decorated king style carpet .the atmosphere is really nice .beautiful night lamps. Location is good. Inside of garden ,from hall u can see swimming pool area, well decorated. Unusual king and queen 👸 styles .Unfortunately no elevator,but u can ask help from reception personal."

"Tt was a very pleasant hotel in the middle of a park. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and kind and gave us a lot of information about Chisinau and Moldova. The service was excellent and we will like to thank the stuff very much! Our room was spacious with a huge and comfortable bed. Bathroom was perfect. The place was clean and nice. We had parking space. Breakfast was also included in the price. Everything was perfect!"

"Everything was fine. If you are traveling by car be careful because the sign on the main road does not mention Hotel Royal Florence but Royal parking"

"Было холодно. Номер отапливался за счёт сплит-системы, в нем было тепло. Но за завтраком внизу было холодно."

"Ехали из Украины в Молдову. Самолет был на следующий день, по этому выбрали отель с развлечениями, такими как бассейн и аквазона. Учитывая, что первый раз посещали Молдову, немного не рассчитали расстояние от аэропорта до отеля, но водитель (отеля) довез быстро и с комфортом. Персонал молодой, отзывчивый входит в любое положение - (У нас был выезд из номера в 12:00 - но они пошли на контакт и позволили за полцены, остаться до 18:00), также был курьезный случай где персонал отработал на 200% - Учитывая что в основном в Кишиневе ходит национальная валюта, негде было поменять евро. Девушка на рецепции дала свои деньги, чтобы мы смогли взять такси, доехать в нужные места, и после того как вернулись назад, отдали ей. Это настолько подкупило! Прямо в самое сердце! Отель 10! Персонал 300! Очень понравилось"
