"There is a heater for winter days , suppose to have fern during hot or sunny days.On the third day there were no towels on the bed."

"I didn't like the fact that the swimming pool had glasses inside and they didn't warn us about it. Actually they didn't clean the pool at all☹️ I paid a room with breakfast along but I didn't received my breakfast 😔 I thought since they knew that their kitchen is temporarily out of use, they should have told us that while I was paying for bed and breakfast. It will be a great honour to receive my refund is possible, from the prices I paid I think they should deduct the amount for bed without breakfast 🙏"
