"Very nice place to stay, the host was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, some fruits would’ve been welcomed, but besides that a lot of options to choose from. The room was very spacious, modern, with AC, fridge and everything we needed. You can order from room service an amazing curry, which we loved. Careful though when order to be very specific, cause we ordered one and received and paid for 2."

"Very good staff, possible to have local dinner (options are curry with different ingredients or seafood). Not far from good cafes, supermarket, beaches, local shops, "batmans" and varans. I can say that the hotel has worse paid money."

"Looks like we had one of the smallest room, so for two people it was quite tight, the wardrobe was for one person so we have to leave most of our clothes in our suitcases. Air conditioner works well, but it located in front of the bed, so for my wife it was an issue, even with manual adjusting the air flow, so we slept without it. Also hotel is located near the railway, and if you will have room opposite the railway, it can be an issue for you, and you will be disturbed 1-3 times at night. But in these rooms it is much easier to dry closes, comparing with rooms on the opposite side, which is not easy to do in this climate."

"Lovely stay. The rooms are modern and cleaned daily, staff is always there and ready to help with anything. There was a hairdryer, kettle and good AC. The beach is 5 min walk away along with all the bars and restaurants. The train track is close but I knew it when booking the room and sounds did not bother me at all. Also very safe for solo travellers. Value for money."

"We felt right at home! The house is beautiful and well-maintained, and the hosts were wonderful. The balcony offers a stunning panoramic view of the palm trees and the train tracks. Breakfast was also delicious."

"Loved our stay here. We even stayed an extra night. It is super close to the best beach in Hikkaduwa (turtle beach). Super friendly staff and great breakfast. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Because it was low season, they allowed us to check out late as our flight out of Sri Lanka wasn’t until late night. This was very much appreciated as we could have a day on the beach and we could still shower and feel comfortable. They do transport to the airport too. We really enjoyed our breakfast of eggs and a fruit smoothie each morning. WiFi worked well. Aircon and fridge in the room was effective. Nice small balcony area. We felt very safe."

"The room was clean, comfortable, and safe, complete with all relevant amenities. The hosts were very professional. The breakfast was delicious - I loved the fresh avocado juice! The property is located close to the Hikkaduwa beach and many restaurants. I would definitely recommend this stay!"
