"😊 Ban Lakkham River View Hotel in Luang Prabang is a hidden gem! 🌟 Location is 🔥 - it's situated right by the Mekong River, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. You can watch the sunset over the river and enjoy the laid-back vibe. The staff, especially Tom, were amazing! 🤩 I was feeling pretty sick, but Tom went above and beyond, providing me with electrolytes and making sure I was comfortable. His kindness and care made a huge difference. Overall, I'd give Ban Lakkham River View Hotel 5/5 stars for location and staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again! 🏨💕"

The gentleman at reception speaks really good English and kindly upgraded our stay as it was a special occasion. Our room was very comfortable and we had breakfast on the patio just outside our room. Breakfast was good and plentiful, they were able to cater for our specific dietary needs which was much appreciated. Communication was great prior to our check in."
