"The front desk staff were really helpful, they lent us chargers, ordered our taxi to the airport, gave us towels and other supplies when we asked. The room wasn't as I expected from other reviews. They weren't spotless but they were decent enough for us. The room was spacious as well with kettle, fridge, TV with netflix, a table and chairs and sufficient plugs. We were on 5th floor so had good views also.the hotel exceeded my expectations from the reviews I read so was pleasantly surprised."

"Only negative thing to add is the waterfall shower head was a bit loose. So when moved, it actually came away from the threads but luckily was caught so no injuries. I think the hotel should have maintenance checks often on top of cleaning."

"קפה\שוקו קר\חם מים\מים - הכל חינם ללא הגבלה צוות אדיב קרוב למרכז היינו בקומה 11. הנוף לא מדהים, אבל לגור בקומה 11 ולצפות על העיר מלמעלה זה יתרון תחנת רכבת תחתית מאוד סמוכה"

"בחדר ג'קוזי גדול מאוד. לא השתמשנו. תופס מקום רב. גם ככה החדר קטן. שטח מבוזבז ומכביד על התנוע בחדר אין מדפים או ארון בחדר. אבל זה אופייני לכל המלונות בהם ביקרנו עד כה בדרום קוריאה לא לצפות למלון יוקרה. נורה חסרה, קצת אבק, חלודה בפינות, מגבת חסרה (לאחר שאמרנו להם, הם הביאו לנו מייד מגבות)"
