"I needed a hotel to stay in for one night before travelling on to Diani and was a bit nervous but man, it really exceeded my expectations. It probably needs to be said that I never am looking for a fancy 5-star place, but more of a local experience and this place checked all the boxes. My flight arrived super late in Mombasa and their sweet driver, Antony, picked my up on the dot at 1am. They checked me in and i was always helped with my luggage. The chef and the sweet staff made me feel very at home, breakfast was delicious and they organised for Anthony to take me to Ukunda, a good 1,5h drive. Really a wonderful experience would definitely recommend."

"The hotel is very basic, but exactly what you need to serve the purpose of just stopping over in Mombasa. Comfy bed, spacious room and they have a restaurant (not the best for vegetarians but was fine). Very friendly and accommodating staff!"
