"There is no breakfast provided. It is a close walk to the train station. The location is great in terms of being in the centre of the old city and close to many restaurants and shops. The only challenging part is that you have to climb many steps to get to the location and then to your room. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!"

"Clean and new with a comfortable bed. Well appointed and super close to everything. Lovely little balcony and a helpful host."

"If you have mobility issues this would prove very difficult to access as there are steep stairs to the room and the upper, shared sun patio."

"Very central. Lovely responsive host. Gorgeous location in the old town but not noisy. Close to lively bars and restaurants.the terrace in the pictures is shared on the roof of the property. Which is open 8-8pm Sweet little Juliet balcony off room."

"No fridge in the room but available in shared space. There are very steep stairs up to property and also to room so be aware if you have luggage ."

"Its location in the old centre was excellent and a convenient distance to the beaches and train station. The Roof Terrace area was a pleasant area to relax after a days site seeing, enjoying an aperitivo and the surrounding vista. Really pleased - Thank You."

"We had a nicely decorated, spacious room and the terrace area upstairs was lovely. Wanda was a brilliant host - she arranged for a doctor to visit our room when my partner needed medication and regularly checked if we were ok. She also gave us an umbrella and poncho when we were leaving during a thunderstorm!"

"La pace de la Langa é unica, immersi nei panorami mozzafiato, contornati di tramonti quasi dipinti, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno rilassante nella struttura gestita da uno staff accogliente, gentile e disponibile. La proposta gastronomica degli intorni, varia e ricca di sapori autottoni, il vino.. ottimo!!"

"This property is perfectly located for a stay in Val Gardena. It is very close to Ortisei and also conveniently located for surrounding walks, cable cars, shops, restaurants and public transport. There was an available car park with plenty of free spaces. The apartment is basic, but has everything you need and very cosy. We found the bed very comfortable and had lots of space for the two of us to relax in. The kitchen is well stocked and very suitable for self catering. We did however eat out a lot as there is lots of choice. The host was very friendly and kind, especially as we were very late checking in. She was incredibly accommodating and we can’t thank her enough for her hospitality."

"Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità alla reception. Il Signor Piero è molto simpatico e professionale, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
