B&B Villa Grassi

"The location is excellent, easy to approach. There is a beautiful garden in front of the bungalow. Parking is safe, there is a large parking lot in the gated courtyard. Good and silent neighbourhood. The pre-packed Italian breakfast (croissant, jam, plumcake, coffee, milk, fruit juice) was more than enough for the two of us."

"The bungalow is quite small and is made out of wood without insulation, so it gets hot/cools down very quickly. There is a good and silent air conditioner in it for heating and cooling, but it is a bit hard to figure out how to keep an optimal room temperature at night. The shower is a bit small even for a man of average build. I could not find the WiFi signal and I did not see the router, maybe it is in the house? Overall, it was okay for a single night, but not ideal for longer stay."

"Little out of the main town so would need a vehicle. Property was lovely setting, apartment was good had necessary things. Secure gated parking. Breakfast was ample package items supplied you could have in your room."

"The location where the villa is situated is fantastic. You are just 5 minutes away from the center of Alberobello. The host leaves in the same structure and helps you with any request. You have a bedroom with a double bed, a kind of living room with a kitchen and a nice bathroom."

"Excellent location for relaxing stay. Clean and comfortable studio apartment. The kindness of the hosts. You would probably need a car to move around unless you like walking. Alberobello is between 45 to 60 minutes walk depending on the pace. Da Donato restaurant a 10 minute walk away serves typical Apulian food at a very reasonable price. Another couple of other places to eat close by, a pizzeria and a good brasserie for meat lovers."

"Really nice place, we decided to extend our stay, close to Alberobello just 5' by car. Great views and good location to move around and visit nearby places."

"I stayed in the cabin in the garden and it was wonderful. Lovely view to the garden and surrounded by olive trees."

"the property is close to Alberobello and cheaper than staying in the popular village, for sure. the owner was very nice, greeted us at arrival. we booked the wooden cabin the in the yard, it was a bit cold at night, but we turned on the AIr Conditioning. Breakfast is a bit poor and do it yourself, we had in the cabin a coffee machine and some small packed pastry, but it was not the breakfast I expected. the bathroom was 8/ 10 clean, could be improved. overall it was a good stay, but overpriced I would say."

"Ein kleines Gartenhäuschen. Sehr schön gelegen. Das Auto steht sehr sicher. Um nach Alberobello zu kommen, muss man es aber trotzdem bewegen."
