The family is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to organize all my trips both around town and further afield. They are very knowledgeable and always happy to help with anything. It also meant a lot to know that the funds from the guest house support a school for the local community. The rooms could use a little bit of repairs. The window cover kept falling off and the shower door kept getting out of the tracks.

"This is my fourth time in Jagodina, and this is by far the best accommodation I have stayed in yet. The apartment is right in the middle of town, cafés and bakeries are everywhere, the host is extremely accommodating and easy to deal with, the apartment had a great kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable beds, and everything else you could possibly ever want. I would stay here again in an instant. The value for the price is incredible. Thanks again."

"Zara Village exceeded our expectations! The staff were extremely friendly and the restaurant was amazing. The location is perfect if you want to access Lokobe, they even organised our guide. Our favourite was having cocktails by the infinity pool. This was definitely a highlight of our trip."

I usually wouldn't stay in anything with a shared toilet & bathroom but it was fine & very clean.

"Great value for money. If you intend to stay at the university, this hotel has everything one needs and is in close walking distance. Also, the rooms are tidy, and the staff is very friendly."

The reception was almost never occupied, and the person on the indicated phone number did not speak English. So checking in and paying was a bit tricky. Internet is a bit slow for working, but OK. Also, mind that you may need to bring your own shampoo, soap, and hair dryer.

"Our booking was made very late and despite this we were so warmly welcomed. There was beautiful Cape Verdean music being played when we arrived by two incredible musicians which was lovely. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The fresh mango juice was particularly mouthwatering!"
