"stayed here one more time after half a year and again no regrets. Spacious area around hotel for after-dinner walk. Large room. Nice and very good-willing staff, really appreciate the receptionist services. nice breakfast and good restaurant including japanese one."

"rooms on first floor are quite old and smells bad. Asked to move me to 3rd floor, much better. Main gates were closed for repair which confused all the taxi drivers how to get to hotel entrance."

"Good 4-star hotel. nice closed surroundings with palms, pool and fountain with fishies. Large restaurants area. clean and nice interior of hotel. Spaceous room with all facilities. OK food for breakfast."

"location is a bit far away from center and on heavy traffic road. Just outside the entrance (at taxi pickup spot) there is a large sewer ditch with foulish smell."

"Location was good for me to complete my work in that area. Value for money. All staffs are good and eager to help., especially Sam who attended us in front office. Food is nice. Spacious rooms."

"Pillows are thick and had a neck pain for the first night, got it changed to soft small pillow. Should have kept safe box. Hot water sometimes in evening goes off."

They were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist me when I requested a room change. Their helpful and friendly attitude was a highlight of my visit. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent, with well-maintained spaces and a comfortable ambiance. The room was clean and cozy, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day. While the dining experience fell slightly below my expectations, other amenities were good and added to the comfort of the stay. I felt the value for money was fair, and I’d rate it a solid 3 out of 5 in that aspect. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers. Families would enjoy it too, but I found it particularly suited to the needs of solo guests. The excellent service and welcoming staff make it a place I’d happily return to in the future."
