Location views are wonderful, very quiet location short drive up hill to San Morino and shortdrive down to Rimoni.

"Great cozy cottage, good sized kitchen, but the higlight was Bongzie, the farm dog that comes to collect the cheese tax, and is incredibly sweet 😁"

The mattress was a bit on the thin side.

"The staff was really helpful. The property was neat and clean with all the basic amenities provided. Location was beyond perfect, near Vagator beach. If you’re looking for a calm, chill environment, then this is for you!!"

"Everything about the space was great, the location is very quiet and next to the ocean. The private dock was an absolute treat. The house was clean and well thought out. Lots of detail was put into the property and we really enjoyed it."

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.

"Yes, it was a surprise to find that we had breakfast and some supplies so we didn't have to shop on the first day we arrived. also our flight from South Africa didn't arrive until quite late and our taxi was not waiting at the airport so it was very late at night before we got to Villa Mia. In spite of this our hosts were waiting to greet us on arrival, which was much appreciated."

Maybe the host could have dropped in at some time during our stay to see how we were going.

It was rather basic and the water pressure was low so that at certain times I was unable to shower.

"It's a wonderful place to stay with a family. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. And at the same time, in quiet area away from railway. "Went with extended family and had a great time! The layout of the hotel is unusual, and that (at first) made me think that it was a bit small, but hear me out... There are two things that make this an amazing experience: 1.) The clarity of the sea water and the ease of access. 2.) The staff and management are top notch: attention to customer service is second to none in all respects: from the management to the guy taking care of the rooms. Very highly recommended."

"We liked everything! The location, the cottage, bedrooms, washroom, kitchen, dinning area, private BBQ, deck, and private chairs by the water front! 1 min walk to Tim Hortons and Gas Station, 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to Foodland. Samantha was very friendly. Stephen didn't say hi to us but that's okay. We will stay at this property again!"

some black mold flying out of the AC unit but I still give this place a 10.

The ladder to the rooms and toilet downstairs is dangerous. Be very careful please.

Le seul petit hic, c’est le manque de pression d’eau pour la douche, du coup on y reste plus longtemps dessous…

Given the setting we anticipated nature insects etc which by the way there were many! The baths were not in a good condition.
