"Great wellcoming snacks & drinks to feel appreciated! Everything in the apartment was stylish and well functioning. Adorable vieuws into garden & sea. Balcony was nicely furnished. "The happy corner Lodge probably was the best accommodation I had during my solo travel in Gambia. The food was outstanding, especially the chicken :) But the best part was the hospitality and the tour guide of Mbaye. He truly is the most chilled out Gambian guy ever and the tour he fixed to the stone circles and the river was outstanding. We saw hippos, chimps and crocodiles all in 1 day. I truly think that this side of Gambia, so the area surrounding Janjanbureh, is the real Gambia which everyone should see once in their lifetime."
