"Very nice location as for Gudauri. It’s really close to the ski lift and you don’t need to walk via this crazy main road. All the place was really nice, rooms were clean, there was cozy common space and also ski depot. All the staff were super nice and helpful and they spoke English well. Breakfast was okay, every day you could find something different. They also have good restaurant and as a hotel guest you have a discount."

"The door to the room let all the noise from the corridor through, so it could get very noisy and you could sometimes hear every conversation in the corridor :("

"Location good, comfy place . on the main road and it’s 5 min walking from the ski lift 🚠and a lot of ski rentals it has restaurants little souvenirs stores and supermarket walking distance. "marshrutka” to Tbilisi Stops in the restaurant in front of the hotel it was really difficult to know the schedule but there was one at 11 am so you know 😋 ksenia at the reception She was very attentive and helpful"

"В отеле было тепло и в комнате днём тоже, но вечером почувствовался сильный сквозняк (сифонило из-под двери и окон) - стоит это исправить. При этом на нашу просьбу - сделать потеплее, отреагировали сразу. Спасибо!"

"早餐很不错，简单清爽营养齐备，吃着早饭看着雪景很巴适 公共空间非常温暖舒适，大玻璃窗和画框一样 离滑雪场很近，缆车就在附近，用雪鞋走都不费劲 前台人员非常耐心，甚至还帮我预订了会第比利斯的车票，暖心啊"

"Niesamowicie miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokój czysty, w pokojach ciepło, niesamowity widok z okna. Pan na recepcji zawsze pod telefonem, pomagał w każdej możliwej sytuacji. Pokazał nam cały ośrodek, najniższy sklep, zapytał czy potrzebujemy pomocy przy wynajmie nart oraz znalezieniu instruktora. Bardzo pomocny i życzliwy człowiek. WiFi działa bardzo dobrze. Hotel znajduje się 7 min od stoku narciarskiego i prowadzi tam droga asfaltowa. Śniadania w porządku. Na przeciwko hotelu znajduje się bardzo dobra restauracja i stacja benzynowa ze sklepem spożywczym gdzie można wypłacić gotówkę w bankomacie."

"Понравился приветливый и очень помогающий персонал. Особенно на reception. Большое ему спасибо, что решил наш вопрос Вполне хороший завтрак В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Для грузии отдельно отмечу: очень теплый номер, очень хороший напор воды в душе и очень горячая вода, если открыт на полную. Понравилась баня в гостинице. Чистая, теплая, хорошая ледяная купель. Брать мин на 1.5ч иначе не успеть насладиться."
