"We liked everything. Host we liked the most. Very polite and intelligent man. He helped us with finding location sending geolocation and gave advices how to get to city center by metro- evwn gave metro card. The house was clean and comfortable with air conditioning in every room. The balcony had nice view so you can enjoy there coffee with friends. I recommend this place to everyone."

"Lokalita skvělá, ubytování skvělé. Doporučuji všem baťůžkářům. Dá se v pohodě vyprat. Zjistila jsem, že i přes omezení nízkonákladových cestovek mám sebou zbytečně moc věcí."

"Отличный дом, были уже не один раз. В доме ваш целый огромный этаж,с выходом на балкон. В доме есть всё!!! для комфортного проживания. Гостеприимные Хозяева Зураб и Майя, всегда помогут в любой просьбе.Замечательная локация, всё рядом и метро и парк Мтацминда , тихое спокойное место в центре города. От дома ходит маршрутка, или если не хотите на маршрутке можно пройти пешком вниз 10-15 минут спокойным шагом. Такси тоже очень дешёвое . Скачиваете приложение и всё. Но больше всего нам понравилось радушие хозяев и задушевные вечера с ними. Зураб Майя вы просто супер. Удачи вам! Вернёмся к вам ещё не раз это 100%."

"I recommend this place for adventurers. The hostess is very friendly and always quick to respond—constantly at your service. The house is well-equipped and clean. As for the noise, personally it didn’t bother me, but for those sensitive to it, bring earplugs will help. What’s really great is that the place is very close to all tour meeting points and conveniently located near everything in the city."

"this is one of the best place that you can book. it has all facilities around such as grocery and bakery very near to the activities. the villa has total 4 rooms and living room each room has its own bathroom with a bidet. and kitchen is perfect which you can coock your own food.. the villa has its own private yard and you can enjoy with your kids and let them play with the snow. the house owner ms. natalia is extremely nice and was very welcoming, you can always ask her about activities around the area. specifications: 1. easy to get taxi 2. 10 meters away from grocery and bakery 3. location is totally safe 4. landlord is alway helpful"
