A car is absolutely necessary to make it a good base. The hostess, Catherine, was extremely generous in offering transport when required and it helped hugely in making the visit a success."

The place was nice and warm and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the main road. It was the perfect location for us to explore Annecy and for a day skiing at Val Thorens. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back and stay if we ever visit the region again."
