"The apartment was beautifully furnished, comfortable and immaculate. It had everything you needed to stay for our trip such as cooking utensils and cleaning products. The location was just fantastic, right in the heart of Dinard and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Jerome was a really lovely kind host who gave us a fabulous artisanal bottle of cidre. We loved the town especially watching the changes in tides which was a spectacular sight. This place is highly recommended!"

"The hostess was very kind and came to meet us with the linens, gave us great local tips about the Château de Peyrelade visible from the window and the Dargilan cave. The neighbors were lovely and helped us find the hostess upon arrival because the phone number on booking.com was wrong. The place is well-equipped and spacious, the view is fantastic. The Arthur Martin Cooking Pot Set was very convenient. There are many sitting and eating areas in the house and many cupboards to put the equipment in. Good location for nearby walks."

"This is a beautiful place. It overlooks a river scene, with the river flowing towards the mill. We were looking up the river, not across it. The staff prepared our room, and then changed it because we had mistakenly booked single beds, even though we had arrived two hours early. All as if it were no trouble at all. We got at least six sightings of kingfishers and one of a great spotted woodpecker from our bedroom window. There is canoe hire on site. The mill itself is interesting, especially to mechanically minded people."

"Perfect location, bakery right next door and tram stop and shop a 5 minute walk from the place, and super friendly staff. You could ask them any questions and they replied back very fast."
"The property was not so much good from outside but inside it was much more perfect then what we have expected. It was well managed, owner was active all the time, reply our message almost everytime in needed. The check in time was 16 but we reach early there. We called him and put our luggages iniside before the check in time though the cleaning process was going on inside."
