"It was perfect for what we needed. From booking to being inside the property was literally 4 minutes. It was so easy. As we basically booked it whilst we were outside, I rang the owner who was so lovely. She welcomed me and told me I'd get an email with the lockbox code and explained everything else I needed to know. The property was clean and tidy. It's small but we knew this by the pictures, but it has everything you need to stay there. The shower was hot and great pressure, there was a hairdryer, multiple towels, tv, WiFi etc! The WiFi name was incorrect in the book, but it was very similar so didn't take any time to workout. The bed was comfortable and it was a nice quiet space to spend the night. The location is very central and I liked the suggestion list of local places to eat. We walked around the town and found somewhere nice. We parked across the road (1min walk) at Parking Thiers, very cheap and kept the car there safely overnight."

"All perfect for us but I imagine, for some people, things to be aware of could be: 1. WiFi name not correct in the book. It was a very similar name so it was easy to know the correct one, but this could be changed in the book for the non-techy people. 2. It's a wooden ladder leading to the bed so it's not disabled accessible and perhaps not suitable if you're can't climb stairs/not very mobile."

"For its very small size, the studio was very well and thoughtfully equipped (Coffee machine with coffee capsules!, a full set of kitchen equipment, some cookies...)"

"I only got the instructions on how to get into the place an hour or so before my arrival; two earlier requests for information having been simply ignored. Normally such instructions arrive at least two days ahead and put you more at ease than non-responses. When they did arrive, they were short and to the point. So not a real complaint but a worry point."

"Superbe logement, très mignon et fonctionnel :) Vraiment bien équipé de quoi se préparer à manger et boire chaud Chouette localisation car entre la gare avec les bus et train et le centre ville , idéale pour une visite de la ville à pied; La communication a été simple et efficace avec l'hôte !"

"Great location. It's a loft set up. They provided everything you would need. Instructions were clear. I parked at Jean Monnet parking lot which is totally free! It's about a 15-minute walk from the free parking, quite easy. The old town was very close!"

"Just a minor thing, the WiFi password written on the notification guide board should be updated. I went through confusion on internet upon arrival but the owner helped me fix it very fast. Besides, I don’t know if it’s my stupidity or anything, the hot water run out in the middle of my shower and I don’t know if it’s limited or just me being stupid that I don’t know to get more hot water. Anyone, those are just small things."

"Logement très bien équipé, il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut, c’est très cocooning et agréable à vivre. On se sent vite comme chez soi ! Beaucoup de choses sont mises à disposition, ce qui est super pratique. La responsable est très serviable et réactive, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Petit bémol : il manquait un peu de chauffage en sortant de la douche, on ressentait une légère fraîcheur. Et le code Wi-Fi indiqué ne fonctionnait pas de mon côté, je n’ai pas réussi à me connecter. Mais sinon, tout était top, je recommande !"
