"We were looking for a vacation place for two families in a quite area, but close to the infrastructure. We definitely made the right choice, I haven't seen such a peaceful place for a long time! A wonderful house from a wonderful owner, everything is done as conveniently and cozy as possible! The house is fully equipped with furniture, household appliances and dishes, you feel completely at home. All the necessary activities are nearby, a lake, an ocean, bike paths and much more. "An excellent location for those who come for concerts at the Stade de France. There is a metro station nearby, and it’s only a 10-minute walk from the stadium. There is a Carrefour supermarket right next to the windows. The apartment has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. In general, everything you need for your stay. The owner is always in touch and ready to help with everything."
"Tout était parfait. Dès notre arrivée nous rencontrons Nicole et Bernard quel accueil. On se sent tout de suite chez nous dans ce MAGNIFIQUE gîte neuf refait avec beaucoup de goût. Les petits conseils sont un vrai plus c'est ainsi que nous avons pu découvrir un super viticulteur recoltant. Nous avons même une place de parking à 50m. L'idéal à Cerdon"
